I met Jordan on November 28, 1994. The day I was born. She was my first friend and partner in crime. Growing up having Jordan has my sister is God's kindness and grace to me. She is my best friend and the one who keeps me steady and challenges me to be a better me. Anytime I talk about her I tear up because I am the luckiest human!
Karson Dreher - Best Man
We've been best friends since 13, and bonded over a love of the Washington State Cougs. We've made many memories road tripping, songwriting, and playing intense ping pong matches. We've seen each other grow in the Lord since our younger days, and it is a tremendous blessing to have a deep friendship with Karson that has spanned half a lifetime.
Taylor Williams - Bridesmaid
I met Taylor in middle school choir when we were in 6th grade, and we've been besties ever since. We've been mostly long distance after high school, but the distance from Arkansas has only grown closer! We know how to belly laugh, cry ugly tears together, and challenge each other in Jesus. Life would not be the same without my Morgan Wallen loving bestie.
Zion Adams - Groomsman
Zion (La'Darius) Adams and I clicked immediately one day at PDQ as we swapped life stories. We became fast friends, sharing a love of sports, Hans Zimmer, and of the book of Proverbs. We are the iron that sharpens each other, and my time in Orlando would not be the same without Zion. I'm so grateful for our eternal brotherhood.
Meghan Miskin - Bridesmaid
I met Meghan when we were both at Texas Tech. Meghan and I grew in friendship when I was overseas in Russia. She was constantly checking in on me (so intentional), and since then we have shared a love for the nations and daily FaceTime calls. Meghan is my adventure buddy, deep theological chats, running buddy, and silly bestie that I am forever thankful for.
Joel Ashor - Groomsman
Joel and I met on a Biola visit as seniors in high school, roomed together all four college years, and never looked back. Joel is always down for a good hang, and we've been to many sporting events and Band Camino concerts together. To this day, I've never met someone more unapologetically himself than THE Joel Ashor. He's truly one of one.
Sarah Johnston - Bridesmaid
I met Sarah in choir when I was in 7th and she was in 8th grade! Jesus has given me the sweetest seasons with Sarah. I will always say Sarah is the most intentional person. She loves so deeply and cares with so much compassion. I cherished our weekly meals at Standard Service over the summer and our journey with dating! (hehe). Everyone needs a Sarah in their life. Blessed by her forever friendship!
Jarrett Carpenter - Groomsman
Jarrett and I met at Biola on the basketball court where I schooled him in one on one (he definitely wasn't recovering from ACL surgery...) We've had some great memories gritting out intense poker and Avalon games, braving the Colorado wilderness, and crossing the country together. Jarrett is a very intentional friend, asks great questions, and has an unmatched sense of humor.
Kellie Thompson - Bridesmaid
I met Kellie in Orlando at church when she asked me if her eyebrows were too dark after getting them done. Little did I know a few years later we would be roommates! Jesus was kind to cross our paths. We traveled to Central Asia together, shared a love of bad bunny, karaoke, long walks, and obviously a love for TexMex. A fast and dear friend. We also starting talking to our sweet men on the same day. The best!
Josh Frohardt - Groomsman
Fro and I began our friendship in high school with a love of writing satire and doing improv. We continued writing comedy together throughout college, and got to continue in person when he moved down to Florida two and half years ago. Our friendship has grown beyond writing and analyzing movies, as I have loved adding working out and practicing spiritual disciplines into the mix.
Andrea O'connor - Bridesmaid
I met Andrea at church when I started going to the same community group she went to! I am forever grateful for Jesus giving me Andrea! We quickly bonded over being from Texas, a love for running and being a constant intentional friend in each others lives. I am forever grateful for our taco and wine nights. It is the sweetest season doing bride things with my bestie!
Chris Middleton - Groomsman
Chris and I made awkward eye contact one fateful day in a Bed Bath and Beyond right before our first week at Biola. Our friendship has developed over time, and though we live states apart, we read the word together, push each other, and hold each other accountable to the important things. He is a wise friend that continually points me to Christ, and I'm beyond grateful for that.
Allyssa Miller - Bridesmaid
I met Allyssa when I moved into "The Burrow". She was the first person to greet me. We became fast friends after many morning coffee chats and sharing a bathroom. Allyssa is a true friend. She is quick to listen and slow to speak. Her words have challenged me to see more of Jesus. We traveled to Canada, trained for a half marathon, and many intentionally work coffee breaks that have all brought SO much joy to my life.
Will Plunk - Groomsman
Will and I (Courtney) met the day he was born. I can not imagine life without him as my little brother. The sweetest and silliest seasons growing up running around and creating fun in our neighborhood. The car forts we built, bike rides and playing his video games were memories I cherish! It is a gift watching him grow up and become a husband and father. You are the best dad and I am so proud to be your sister!
Kristine Golnik - Bridesmaid
I met Kristine when we both worked at the water park "WetZone" but in God's kindness a few years later she ended up being my "Little" in Tri Delta at Texas Tech. Kristine is a rare breed. She is someone that always brings the giggles but also so much depth and care. Walking through our college years together was a blessing and God's grace to me. Our friendship is so special.
Perry Wilson - Groomsman
Perry and I roomed together as interns with Jesus Film, and we share a love of sports, movies, and audio dramas. We'll compete with each other whenever we can, debate sports and movie hot takes, and talk about what God is doing in each our lives. In addition to being a loyal friend, we recently cowrote an audio drama together, and have had a blast creating the story together.
Marin Hawley - Bridesmaid
I (Landon) couldn't sleep the night before Marin was born because I was so excited to have a sister. She is the best sibling I could hope to ask for, and while we have so many fond childhood memories together, I love how our relationship has matured as we have. She is hardworking, smart, and makes me laugh all the time. I could not be more thankful to have a pal like her to go through life with.
